Continuing Education Overview

Cultivated Mental Health submits approval for all courses through Georgia Society for Clinical Social Work (GSCSW). Approval codes can be found on your certificate, the course overview and under the pricing information along with learning objectives for the course.

The majority of states acknowledge Continuing Education (CE) credits for Social Workers, provided that the respective workshop has attained approved status from a state association, such as GSCSW. While several states recognize continuing education hours accredited, it is recommended that you review the rules and regulations specific to your state.

It is strongly advised that you maintain records of the course description and educational objectives, as well as the certificate of completion issued upon course completion, and contact your state board or organization to identify particular filing requirements.

Attendance Policy

(Arriving Late/Leaving Early)

In accordance with the guidelines established by the Georgia Composite Board, it is imperative that attendees of our training workshops be present for the entire duration of the presentation to be eligible for continuing education credit. In order to remain in compliance with these guidelines and uphold our ability to provide CEs, we regret to inform you that we cannot issue certificates to participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late or depart 15 minutes before the conclusion of the course.

Please note that our policy, which is prominently displayed on our website, stipulates that we cannot provide refunds for any reason. Furthermore, your presence is essential to our preparation for the presentation, and as such, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may join the presentation at the first break, but no certificates will be issued for the time missed. Similarly, leaving the session early will result in no credit being granted for attendance.

We would like to emphasize that it is not our intention for you to miss any pertinent information or updates. We strive to keep all of our students informed and engaged throughout their educational journey with us. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully consider the potential impact of opting out of our emails.

Please be advised that event reminders will be distributed on the day of the event. We kindly request that you check your junk or spam folder for the event information, as some emails from external sources may be filtered or blocked by certain organizations.

Furthermore, please be aware that unsubscribing from our emails may impede our ability to send you reminder information. All reminders are dispatched to the email address provided during event registration.

Engagement and Class Instructions

All of the classes you sign up for are available on the top right corner under “My Classes” option.

Certificates are available ithe day after class once the evaluation form is completed.

1. Day of Class - Login and click on My Classes
2. Sign in for class 5 minutes early and make sure you have something to drink, write with and are comfortable
3. First Class Lesson: Instructions for class and class attendance form - Submit form on bottom and hit complete button up top
4. Zoom link - this will be your direct link to the class, just sit back and relax till class is over
5. After the Zoom link
6. We have PDF’s for you to download as well as
7. A required evaluation form is to be filled out in order to receive your certificate of completion
