PAYMENT, CANCELATION, & REFUND POLICY

Continuing Education events are to be paid for in full at the time of registration. 

Refunds can be made under the following guidelines:

 100% Refund with 14-day notice is provided to Cultivated Mental Health at [email protected] with a subject line of “Refund Request” and a notation of the name and date of the event.  

•  50% Refund with 7-day notice is provided to Cultivated Mental Health at [email protected] with a subject line of “Refund Request” and a notation of the name and date of the event. 
  
•  No Refund is available for cancellations within 6-days of the scheduled event as the fees are needed for all administrative overhead. 
  
•  If an event is canceled by Cultivated Mental Health, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full.
